Why is there noise for a few seconds after turning off the device?
This is the air pump. It continues running for about 3 seconds to collect any remaining water from the system.
Can the F600 lie flat on the floor?
Yes. The cleaning head fits into spaces as low as 9 cm, and the whole unit fits into areas as low as 12 cm. It can easily clean under most beds and furniture.
What is the capacity of the clean-water tank?
Both the clean and dirty water tanks have a capacity of 600 ml.
Can the clean and dirty water tanks be separated?
Yes. There is a release button between the two tanks. Press and rotate the tanks until the “unlock” icon aligns correctly.
Can the F600 be used while charging?
Yes, it can be turned on while charging. However, the battery will not charge because the operating current is higher than the charging current.
What is the warranty period for the F600?
The warranty is 2 years, excluding accessories such as the cleaning roller, cleaning brush, or squeegee, as their lifespan depends on usage.
