Water leaks from the cleaning head when moving forward
The most likely cause is incorrect installation of the cleaning-head holder, causing the cleaning roller to wobble
during rotation and leak water onto the floor.
Reinstall the cleaning roller, ensuring the holder is positioned correctly.
The cleaning-head LED blinks during operation
The cleaning-head cover is not properly closed. Reinstall the cover securely.
Why does water leak or end up in the solid-waste container during cleaning?
This is usually caused by a clogged dirty-water channel.
(1) Remove the cleaning roller and take out the separator. Wash and clean the separator.
(2) Stand in front of the cleaning head and press the release button on the left side. Remove the left side cover. You
will see the clear dirty-water tube cover and the rubber comb filter. Remove and rinse both under running water. Clean these parts weekly to prevent water leakage.
